Prices displayed are in AUS dollars and include GST.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are available while stocks last. We will withdraw a product from the emporium as soon as stock is unavailable where possible. Slight variations may occur in size and colour from shipment to shipment as we do stock some hand-made pieces.

If you have specific requirements that must be met such as size, colour etc the responsibility rests with the purchaser to ask relevant questions prior to confirming the order. 

COLOURS OF PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate to the real colour.

ORDERING & EXCHANGES

Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. You should take care in ensuring that your order is accurate, as we do not provide refunds for change of heart / unforeseeable delays as we are bound to our suppliers terms & conditions. Refunds will be dealt with on a case to case basis. Freight is expensive and if you need to exchange any product all associated freight charges are your responsibility. Re-delivery fees may occur if you arrange a time with the freight company and are not able to receive the goods as initially arranged. If you have any doubt about your selection you should use our Interior Design Online Consulting service. WARRANTY

All product warranties are as per our suppliers warranty policy as applicable for the item purchased. Please note that some items you purchase may have a back to base warranty meaning you must cover the cost in freighting the item back to the supplier for repair or replacement.

DELIVERY DAMAGES & COMPLICATIONS

Damage or late shipment may occur during transport of uninsured items. 

We will endeavour to quote accurate ETA’s however if any unforseen delays do occur we will keep you informed as we receive updates but cannot be held responsible.

If items arrive damaged to you we require you to notify us via email within 24 hours, with clear detailed photos of the reported damage.
